PASTA MACHINE GROWING Exclusively compatible with Atlas 150, this accessory enriches the culinary experience by offering the opportunity to prepare dishes that require the use of vermicelli. The rollers are crafted with a subtly rough surface that makes the pasta porous to enhance its flavor and let it easily bind to sauces.
Vermicelli cultivation: Vermicelli is a pasta omat with a round cross section and a diameter of 1 mm. The recommended dough thickness is at level 4 of the regulator of the Atlas 150 pasta machine. You can use it manually with the included crank or with the Pastadrive motor.
Made of steel and aluminium: this accessory is made of high-quality chrome-plated steel. The materials used are designed to be non-toxic and health safe, even after numerous uses.
Easy to assemble, even with motor: the accessories are attached to the pasta machine by inserting it into the provided guide rails for cutting attachments. Once assembled, it remains perfectly stable. The bayonet connection on the side allows a fast, intuitive and secure connection to the Pastadrive motor.
