Designer: Ilaria Gibertini – Giulio Iacchetti

Ilaria Gibertini is born in Parma, she studied design and communication at the Università del Progetto di Reggio Emilia. Since 1993 she has been working as a freelance, alternating for industrial and graphic design projects. Among the companies she has worked for are: Artista Visitatore Associati, Mandarina Duck, Nemo, Outlook Zelco, Rosenthal, United Pets. For this project, she works together with Giulio Iacchetti, who takes care of industrial design in 1992. In addition to his work as a designer, he also works at several design schools and universities in Italy and abroad. He has been awarded various international prizes and with Matteo Ragni he got the Compasso d’oro for the multifunctional cutlery “Moscardino” in 2001. Today this is part of the permanent exhibition in MOMA , New York.

Our company

A house, a couple and a dog. A family story. The story of United Pets begins in Milan in 1999: we are Cristina and Constantino and we share the apartment with our Dalmatian Chico. Cheerful about the company of the dog, less about his things in the area, so we incorporate sorfort Giulio Iacchetti and Ilaria Gibertini into this experience. Two designers who left United Pets an important stamp. Today? Distributed all over the world, we work with a team of designers and with big brands from the pet world but not only. A successful goal for a dream that looked like one of many. The main ingredient of our recipe is the design: Function and emotion. Our products are the fruit of a deep research of your needs and those of your four-legged friend.
